This page explains what information Peak Morocco Tours collects when you use this website or contact us about a trip, and how we use it. We keep this simple: we are a small, family-run travel agency, not an advertising business, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone outside of what's needed to reply to you.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, and whichever contact details you give us (email address and/or phone number), plus your message. We don't collect payment details on this site — trips are arranged and paid for directly with us once we've agreed an itinerary.

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email directly instead of using the form, that conversation is covered by WhatsApp's or your email provider's own privacy terms as well as this one.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details only to reply to you, plan your trip and, if you book, deliver it. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.

How your enquiry reaches us

Our contact form sends your message to us using Resend, an email delivery service, so that it arrives in our inbox. Resend processes the message only to deliver that email — it isn't used for any other purpose. We hold onto enquiry emails as long as we reasonably need them for planning and record-keeping, and delete them if you ask us to.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If your browser stores anything locally, it's only small, non-identifying preferences for how the site behaves in front of you (such as remembering a scroll position) — nothing that identifies you or leaves your device.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to places like TripAdvisor, WhatsApp or UNESCO's website. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we'd encourage you to read if you're unsure — we aren't responsible for how they handle your data.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email atlasprivatetours@gmail.com and we'll sort it out promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page. This is a straightforward, low-key website for a small tour operator, so we don't expect that to happen often.
