We begin at the Hassan II Mosque, then drive south to Marrakech, with the afternoon free to settle in and take a first look at the Jemaa el-Fna at dusk.
Day 2 — Marrakech
A full day with a local guide: the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia and its gardens, and the surrounding souks.
Day 3 — High Atlas day trip
A day into the mountains — Berber villages, walnut groves and valley walks under the peaks of the High Atlas — before returning to Marrakech for the night.
Day 4 — Marrakech to Essaouira
A relaxed drive west through argan groves to the walled port of Essaouira, with time to walk the ramparts as the light softens over the harbour.
