- Volubilis Roman ruins
- Meknes and the Bab Mansour gate
- Two full days in Fes

Itinerary
Day 1 — Tangier to Chefchaouen
We climb into the Rif via Tetouan, arriving in Chefchaouen in the early afternoon with time to explore its blue lanes.
Day 2 — Chefchaouen to Meknes via Volubilis
We visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis on the way south, then spend the afternoon in Meknes — the Bab Mansour gate, the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail and the Heri es-Souani granaries — staying the night in town.
Day 3 — Meknes to Fes
A short drive to Fes, with the afternoon free to get your bearings in the medina.
Day 4 — Fes
A full day with a local guide: the tanneries at Chouara, the Al Qarawiyyin mosque and university, the Bou Inania Madrasa and the souks around them.
